Cheers to Good lIfe!
I am a conductor, dizi performer, music educator, and lifelong learner based in Singapore.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from many teachers, colleagues, students, volunteers, and community members who have shaped my journey. Today, my work spans school music education, community orchestras, inclusive arts programmes, and performance projects across Singapore.
I currently conduct and teach in schools, work with senior citizens and musicians with disabilities, and perform with ensembles such as Artusik. Whether I am standing on a concert stage, leading a rehearsal, teaching a beginner, or creating educational content, I believe music is ultimately about connection—bringing people together across backgrounds, abilities, and generations.
My hope is to use music not only as an art form, but also as a platform for learning, storytelling, inclusion, and community building.
